Laura Richitelli, BSN RN
Laura is the founder and Clinical Director of Thēla. A registered nurse, Laura has over thirty-year’s experience in medicine, longevity, and wellness. Laura started her nursing career in the United States Air Force, serving during Desert Storm Desert Shield where she trained in combat medicine, and honed her clinical skills in the areas of medical/surgical, emergency medicine and family practice. Early on in her career, she was drawn to studying the root cause of disease and the worlds of functional and regenerative medicine long before these terms were mainstream. This lead her out of the clinical side of medicine and into the business side where a desire to change the way medical professionals practice “health” care versus “sick” care was ignited.
Laura has engaged in rigorous training in the fields of allopathic, holistic, regenerative and aesthetic medicine. She has immersed herself in the topics of safety and compliance within the aesthetics field and has spoken before the California legislature on behalf of nursing education and expanding clinical training opportunities for a new generation of nursing students. Always learning, she is actively pursuing ongoing education in cellular and aesthetic therapies. She’s a member of several professional organizations including, The International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), American Medical Spa Association (AmSpa)-Secretary of California Chapter, and Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.
Laura believes in the synergy between science, technology, and the body’s innate ability to repair and regenerate itself.
It is within this synergy that Thēla was born.
Dr. Saswatha Anireddy
SUPERVISING PHYSICIAN
Dr. Saswatha Anireddy is a seasoned physician with extensive experience serving as a medical director for aesthetic medicine at various institutions, most recently at Alamogordo Internal Medicine. Her expertise spans many aesthetic procedures, including laser treatments, Botox, weight loss treatments, cryotherapy, hormone therapy, Sculptra, and Kybella. Dr. Anireddy has held leadership roles at multiple practices, including an IV hydration clinic, Prime Hydration, Azul Laser Med Spa, and Alamogordo Internal Medicine, where she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to patient care and innovative treatments.
